Party City

I have been getting balloons for my daughter for 9 years. Earlier in the week I stopped at the GP Party city to see how long they would last, the girl informed me I could pick them up Friday and they would still be okay Saturday. Saturday half were deflated, I called to see if I can return. A nice fellow answered and said yes they would fix them.When I went their a blonde lady older lady was so loud and so rude to me about returning them, I was almost in tears just standing there. It was so embarrassing. The other lady who came in to “help” was very rude as well just a little less loud about it. Grande Prairie needs a party city , unfortunately I can’t see myself ever stepping foot back in there.I see I’m not the first person who loves the product but the service is absolutely awful.I even said to the lady; you guys don’t need to be so rude to me about it. Then she seemed to change her tone but did not apologize for the miscommunication.

Expensive for cheap items bought a 10$ birthday pin took it out the package and it literally broke wasn't usable ended up going to dollarstore and buying a 1$ pin so dumb. And there balloons are crazy priced very nice balloons but 35 for 2 number balloons is ridiculous.

Store was messy and staff were rude. Grande Prairie is stuck with these guys unfortunately with lack of options. I will be ordering my party supplies from Amazon from now one

Great place to get cheap, for fun wigs, now that Halloween is done and Value Village no longer supplies them..

Made an online order with in store pick up. Received an email that items were ready to be picked up. When I got there, I was told that they didn't have anything because it wasn't in stock". Was only refunded 4 dollars and was told the remainder may take a few days since it was automatically done. Customer service was horrible. The young girl talked so quietly

Staff working was extremely rude, order was wrong. When I inquired as to options we could do to fix it, was spoken to in a very rude tone. Ended up leaving with balloons without having them fixed. Terrible experience.

I made the mistake of not pre-ordering balloons for an event at work. I get it, it was St. Patty's day when I walked in and asked to get some helium balloons, 11 to be exact. The lady behind the counter asked me when I needed them, I replied maybe an hour or so, apparently that was an insult and was told no, and something along the lines of could I not see the pile of orders they had. I asked if I could get just one and get the rest later, she repeated that no I couldn't get one but I could get one of the pre-made bouquets. I was a bit taken aback by the frosty attitude and felt like I was an inconvenience. No worries though, I got our balloons elsewhere and will be recommending that any future purchases be made elsewhere as well.

Fun store to go to. So much to see. I will definitely return for all my party favors.

They have the birthday balloons. Filled them up in like 2 minutes for me.
